Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Gopher Champs, a family-owned pest control company located in Winchester, California.

By booking, paying for, or receiving service, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

Gopher Champs provides professional gopher control using trapping and, when necessary or at customer request, poison-based treatments.

All poison applications are performed in accordance with our California DPR Qualified Applicator License (QAL #155229) and all applicable regulations.

Results are typically achieved in as little as two days and include a 60-day warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Service Areas

We serve residential, commercial, agricultural, and HOA properties throughout the Inland Empire and surrounding areas.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations or missed appointments within 24 hours may result in a trip fee.
• Weather or soil conditions may cause delays for safety reasons.

5. Warranty

Our 60-day warranty covers gopher activity within the treated area.

For the first 30 days after your initial service, there's no setup charge in the same treated area — only the standard gopher charge applies. From day 31 to 60, any new activity, whether in the same area or elsewhere on the property, receives a reduced setup fee.

Each new service resets the 60-day warranty period.

New infestations or burrows outside the treated zone or after the warranty period may require additional service.

6. Safety and Compliance

All services—whether trap-based or poison-based—are conducted in compliance with:

• California Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) standards
• Local county agricultural commissioner requirements
• Manufacturer instructions for any approved materials

Customers should keep pets and children away from treated areas for the duration specified by our technician.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

Unpaid balances after 15 days may incur late fees or collection costs.

8. Limitations of Liability

Gopher Champs is not responsible for:

• Damage to underground systems, landscaping, or irrigation caused by normal trapping or baiting operations.
• Reinfestation from adjacent properties or soil disturbances.
• Indirect or consequential damages beyond the cost of the service performed.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be governed by California law and resolved in Riverside County, CA.
